Who can get a card

Any resident of the City of Lethbridge can get a card from the Lethbridge Public Library. All you need is an ID with your name and a current Lethbridge address.

Juvenile Membership

If you’re 12 or under, bring your adult guardian with you or download our printable Juvenile Membership form and bring it into any library branch.

If you’re between 13 and 18, you can use your student card, driver’s license, or have your parents verify your address. 

Access Libraries across Alberta

TAL CARD

The Alberta Library (TAL) card lets you borrow materials from over 290 libraries in Alberta, including academic libraries.  Some restrictions apply.  Visit any library branch and ask a staff member to create your FREE TAL card.

ME CARD

You can use your Lethbridge Public Library card at other libraries in the province by registering for the ME Card.
