How many times can I renew a movie?
If a movie is not currently on hold for another patron, a book can be renewed 3 times after initially checking it out. Blockbusters cannot be renewed.
How long do I have a Blockbuster for?
A blockbuster is checked out for 1 week at a time. Blockbusters can not be renewed and will have to be returned at the end of that 1 week.
How long does it take for a DVD to become available at the library after leaving theatres?

Our blockbusters – the newest and highest-grossing films at the box office – usually arrive at the library within a week of their DVD and/or Blu-ray release.  With the movies and TV shows in our regular collection, it can take a bit longer, depending on shipping, cataloguing, and processing.

Please know that not everything is available for the library to purchase for our collections.  We do our best, and you can help by submitting your requests via our online form:  [link to Bibliocommons form]
